First historical activities of the ELABOR group, the study and the cartographical transfer of telecommunication networks have long been services reserved for the France Télécom operator.
Since the liberalization of the telecommunication market, the ELABOR group has put its skills and experiences in the services of other operators.
With a mastery in the topography, cartography, studies and plans of network, geographical computerized management (GCM) domains and thanks to a technical knowledge of civil engineering and different types of communication lines, the ELABOR group can offer to any operator ready-made engineering plans.
