The aim of the field studies is to take down, with precision, the site geography. The information provided during this inventory informs you of the real situation of the cemetery which is very often little known by the municipal services.

Their aim is to update the concessions history, to have a perfect knowledge of the landlords and of the concession contract specificities (length, eligible party…).

JURIDICAL STUDIES: RENEWAL PROCEDURE

The renewal procedure brings into play the search for neglected graves in order to organize the liberation of plots occupied by expired concessions ( thus, avoiding expensive cemetery expansions.)

CEMETERY CARTOGRAPHY

It creates a colour cartography of quality including , if wanted, the list of the mentioned buried persons at the level of the epitaph for example.

The software of administrative management and of graphical visualisation of the cemeteries is a very friendly-use tool based on funerary legislation and displacement/ removal management.

Its very easy use and its interactivity allows the user to obtain and to print automatically the data in the order he wants, it also allows to establish titles, the bills and all the documents wished. Besides, the map visualisation on the screen allows the user to instantaneously find the site of the grave.

Its set up and its use are made easier by a specific training, allowing the site administrator to manage it at best. Various services are offered with the software: installation, training, servicing and updating.

Note that the town for who the ELABOR group has made the field inventory and the concessionary study already has all the necessary data for the software.

This computer module of cemetery management is available in cartographical software version and in non-cartographical software version.
